Welcome to Faab Store. By accessing or using our website faabstores.com (the "Site") or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, images, and prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We strive to ensure all product information and pricing is accurate; however, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you before processing. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the item(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. This confirmation is an acknowledgment of receipt, not an acceptance of your offer. Acceptance occurs when we ship your order. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. All sales are in U.S. dollars.

We do not store credit card information. Payment data is handled directly by PayPal in accordance with their security standards.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and rates are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the item(s) to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days; Express 2–3 business days; Overnight 1 business day. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $75 or more before taxes.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. Items damaged upon arrival must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of DO GREEN LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of our intellectual property or confidential information.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We will make a good-faith effort to resolve your complaint within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved informally, you may pursue your remedies through the courts of Alameda County, California, as set forth in the Governing Law section.

Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred. This limitation applies regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, and regardless of whether the claim is asserted in tort, contract, or otherwise.

17. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. A waiver of any provision will not constitute a waiver of any other provision or a continuing waiver unless expressly stated in writing and signed by an authorized representative of DO GREEN LLC.
