Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) and overnight (1 business day) options are available at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders $75 or more.
Yes! Orders totaling $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping (5–7 business days) via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. This offer applies to all 50 U.S. states. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $6.99.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are in original, unused condition and in original packaging. Frames that have been hung or damaged during use cannot be returned, but please contact us at [email protected] if you received a defective item — we'll make it right.
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will send you a prepaid return label (for defective/wrong items) or return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
We accept all major payment methods through PayPal, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal balance. All transactions are encrypted with SSL for your security. We do not store credit card information.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also email [email protected] with your order number to get a status update.
Our frames are available in standard photo sizes: 4×6, 5×7, 8×10, 11×14, 16×20, and 20×24 inches. All frames include an acid-free mat board with an opening slightly smaller than the stated size to hold the photo securely. See the Size Chart on each product page for exact outer frame dimensions.
Yes, most of our frames use real glass for superior clarity and protection. Some specialty and floating frames use acrylic for safety reasons (noted in the product description). Real glass is scratch-resistant and provides a crisper, more authentic display.
Currently, we carry standard photo sizes (4×6 through 20×24). For larger custom sizes, please email [email protected] and we'll do our best to accommodate your request or point you in the right direction.
We're so sorry to hear that! Please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge and arrange pickup of the damaged item. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Currently, Faab Store ships to all 50 U.S. states and territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands). We do not offer international shipping at this time. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing [email protected]. Once the order has been processed for shipping, cancellation is not possible, but you can return it under our 30-day return policy once it arrives.
We apologize for the mix-up! Please email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll ship the correct item at no charge and provide a prepaid label to return the wrong one.
Yes! All our frames include acid-free mat boards and UV-protective glass options, which prevent photos from yellowing or fading over time. For valuable or irreplaceable photos, we recommend our wood frames with UV glass for maximum archival protection.
We do not currently offer gift wrapping. However, we do not include pricing information inside the package, making any Faab Store order a great gift out of the box. Simply enter the recipient address at checkout to ship directly to them.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PayPal, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption and complies with PCI DSS Level 1 security standards. Faab Store never sees or stores your credit card or bank details — all financial information is handled entirely by PayPal.
