At Faab Store, operated by DO GREEN LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every frame we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging. After 30 days from delivery, we are unable to accept returns unless the item was received damaged or defective.
2. Eligible Items for Return
The following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:
- Item is returned within 30 days of delivery
- Item is in original, unused condition
- Item is in original packaging (box, padding, and all included accessories)
- Item has not been hung, mounted, or otherwise installed
- Glass is not cracked (except for items damaged during shipping)
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, hung, or mounted
- Items with missing packaging or accessories
- Custom or personalized orders (if applicable)
- Items returned after 30 days without prior authorization
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using the provided return label (for defective/wrong items) or a carrier of your choice
- Email us the return tracking number once the item has been shipped
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrectly shipped items. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (PayPal or credit/debit card). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
6. Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your item for a different size, finish, or style. To request an exchange, email [email protected] with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for. If there is a price difference, you will be charged or refunded accordingly. Exchange items ship within 1–2 business days of receiving your returned item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your frame arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
- Description of the issue
We will ship a replacement at no charge and arrange for the return of the damaged item (or offer a full refund if preferred). We do not require return of clearly damaged items in most cases.
8. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item at no additional charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at [email protected]. Once the order has been processed for shipping, cancellation is not possible. After delivery, you may return the item under our standard 30-day return policy.
